Couvent des Minimes

A member of Relais & Châteaux, this beautifully restored 17th Century convent nestles on a hillside amongst lavender fields, orchards and olive groves and is close to the hamlet of Mane.

It has a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and is beautifully decorated throughout. The classical architecture blends beautifully with its contemporary interiors. The 46 bedrooms are extremely comfortable and decorated with muted colours and expensive furnishings. Talented chef Jerome Roy prepares exceptional cuisine using local produce; the spa is small but delightful and uses products from the famous L’Occitaine range that are produced locally. There is a swimming pool in the terraced gardens, an indoor pool and a tennis court and plenty of activities can be arranged including mountain biking, horse riding and golf.
